These services are offered to both residential and commercial clients in Florida and Arizona.

A service agreement is formed when you accept a written estimate or service proposal, sign a contract, or schedule services through our site, by phone, or by email. These Terms, together with applicable service agreements, constitute a binding contract between you and us.

3. Estimates and Pricing

• All service estimates are subject to change based on site conditions, scope changes, and additional services requested by the client.
• Free estimates are provided where indicated and may be based on visual inspection or information provided by the client.
• The final price will be confirmed prior to scheduling the service.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments are due as specified in the service agreement or invoice.
• We accept various payment methods as agreed in writing between the client and Marble Colors Restoration & Stone Services.
• Outstanding balances may incur late fees or interest as allowed by law. Payment obligations remain enforceable even if service completion is delayed through no fault of the company.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide:

• Clear, safe access to all areas requiring service.
• Removal of obstructions, furniture, fixtures, and personal belongings that may restrict access.
• A suitable work environment, including necessary utilities such as electricity and water where required.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in delays, additional charges, or refusal of service.

6. Service Performance and Limitations

• We strive to deliver high-quality results but do not guarantee that restored surfaces will look identical to their original factory finish.
• Natural stone surfaces vary; differences in color, tone, and pattern may remain after restoration.
• Certain conditions (e.g., deep etching, extreme staining, structural stone damage) may not be fully correctable.
• Edges, tight corners, and areas inaccessible to equipment may be excluded or require additional hand work.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with advance notice as specified in the service agreement.
• Late cancellations may incur fees or partial charges as outlined in the estimate or contract.

8. Warranty and Liability

• Any warranties on services provided will be detailed in the service agreement.
• Unless required by law, we disclaim all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to services or use of the website.
• Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
